Michael Hayes is the "go-to" guy when it comes to talking about jobs and recruiting great employees. As president of Momentum Specialized Staffing, he's appeared on the NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX and independent stations in Phoenix on many occasions discussing his experience sifting through thousands of resumes, hundreds of background checks, and conducting just as many interviews for his clients.

His professional career started with 14 years in the securities business; advising banks, mutual funds, and individuals on all types of investments.

Michael is a graduate of Northern Arizona University and The American Graduate School of International Management at Thunderbird.  He's a member of the Executives' Association of Greater Phoenix, 100 Club of Arizona, Men's Art Council, Arizona Business Leadership, Biltmore Toastmasters and The Arizona Trucking Association.
