Mike Isenberg

MIKE ISENBERG went from being a MediaStars client, to the head of MediaStars' Sports division. He's bringing almost 30 years of experience to help guide the careers of current and future sports stars.

IsenbergFor the past 10 years, Mike was the coordinating producer for Fox Sports Detroit. He was responsible for identifying, hiring and developing on-air talent, producers and production assistants. He also oversaw all studio production.

Mike realized he had a passion for coaching. During his time at Fox, the group achieved some of the highest ratings of all regional sports networks. Mike earned 11 Emmy awards. His biggest reward; watching his group grow into some of the best talent and producers in sports television.

Before Fox, Mike spent 10 years at ESPN, producing a variety of shows working with talent like Stuart Scott, Mike Tirico and Dave Revsine. He's also produced shows with analysts Lou Holtz, Steve Phillips, Steve Lavin, Nancy Lieberman and many others. Whatever the big story of the day, chances are, Mike wrote or produced it.

Prior to ESPN, Mike spent 6 1/2 years as a sportscaster in Wilkes-barre/Scranton, PA and Elmira, NY. He graduated from Emerson College.

In 2016, Mike formed Isenberg Media to coach and mentor folks who want to be on TV or are already on-air and want to improve.

In his spare time, Mike has written three books. His work of, "If These Walls Could Talk: Detroit Tigers", reached the #2 overall spot in Michigan. His other books, "The Longest Year: One Family's Journey of Life, Death and Love" and "If These Walls Could Talk: Detroit Lions", are all labors of love.

When he's not making deals (and even when he is) Mike likes to relax on a golf course. He lives in West Bloomfield, Michigan with his wife Katie, children Zachary and Alexandra and their two dogs, Barkley and Vinnie.
