ELIZABETH SCHUBERT moves to Newport Television’s powerhouse WHAM-TV in Rochester, New York as weekend anchor. Liz was most recently the AM anchor at WBOY in Clarksburg, West Virgina.

ELI MARTINEZ becomes a co-host of Animal Planet’s new “Night” program on Sharks. The series is a shocking and sometimes terrifying journey into the depths of night’s darkness and an often fearful look at the creatures that lurk there. Previously Eli has appeared on Discovery Channel’s “Shark Week” and National Geographic’s “World’s Toughest Fixes.”

KYE MARTIN joins WGN/CLTV in Chicago as a traffic anchor and reporter. Previously Kye was the AM reporter for KTXL-TV in Sacramento.

PHIL ALDRIDGE becomes the primary sports anchor at KSTP in Minneapolis from weekend sports anchor at KMGH in Denver.

After one year as the 4pm anchor at KSWT in Yuma, NADINE TOREN moves to the new FOX affiliate KSWB (Tribune) in San Diego as a reporter.

ANDRES DIAZ becomes the producer of KTVK’s (Phoenix) new hour-long Prime-Time 9pm newscast. The show will be 3TV’s marquee evening newscast. Previously Andres was the producer of Good Evening Arizona at 4:30pm.

GINA MARAVILLA joins KTVK-TV, Phoenix as freelance host of “Your Life A to Z”. This is a return home for Gina who spent the first 10 years of her career moving up through the newsroom at Arizona’s Family.

CHANNY RUSSELL joins KSWT-TV, Yuma, Arizona as a reporter/producer. Channy recently graduated from Boston University School of law. She was previously at the New York District Attorney’s Office in NYC and the U.S. Department of Education in Washington.

ELI MARTINEZ becomes a member of National Geographic’s “World’s Toughest Fixes.” Eli is the editor of SharkDiver Magazine (www.sharkdivermag.com) and is a renowned expert on sharks and their behavior. Previously Eli has appeared on-camera on Discovery Channel, BBC, and a number of other networks.

JENN HOFFMAN becomes host of Quality Stocks News Programming. Jenn will anchor the network’s daily coverage. Previously Jenn was a cast member of NBC’s THE APPRENTICE LA and was a reporter for KTVK, KPNX in Phoenix.

ADRIENNE MOORE moves across the street to KFMB as a reporter/anchor. She leaves KGTV.

ROB EICHER becomes a meteorologist at WKMG in Orlando. Previously he was a meteorologist with Central Florida News.

STEVE CASCIONE returns to WLNE-TV in Providence, Rhode Island as M-F AM meteorologist from cross-town rival WPRI. Steve previously spent 22 years at WLNE as a meteorologist and also as a host of the popular “Cooking Up A Storm”.

CHUCK POWELL re-signs a multi-year contract as morning personality on The EDGE 103.9 in Phoenix.

KYSHA REID joins CNN in Atlanta as a producer. Kysha was most recently assistant news director at KWWL in Waterloo, Iowa.

STELLA INGER crosses the street to KPSP-TV in Palm Springs, CA as weekend anchor. Previously she was a reporter at KESQ.

NADINE TOREN has been promoted to M-F 4pm anchor at KSWT, Yuma, Arizona.

BEVERLY BROOKS becomes the primary anchor at KBMT-TV, Beaumont, Texas. Previously she was an anchor at WAWS in Jacksonville, FL.

NADINE TOREN becomes a reporter/anchor at KSWT-TV, Yuma, AZ from part-time assignment editor at KPIX-TV in San Francisco and graduate of San Francisco State University

MELISSA NEWTON jumps across the street to KOCO in Oklahoma City from KOKH.

After just four months as a reporter at WKMG in Orlando, LAURA DIAZ is being promoted to weekend anchor. Laura is a native of Orlando and was previously primary anchor at KTVE, Monroe, LA.

SUZANNE BISSETT re-signs at KTVK, Phoenix as lifestyle reporter/host for Good Evening Arizona. In addition, her weekly show “EVERYDAY ENTERTAINING” will move to Monday through Friday starting in September.

SCOTT McGEE becomes the primary anchor at WPSD-TV, Paducah, KY from reporter/fill-in anchor KTVK, Phoenix.

MELISSA NEWTON jumps 119 markets to weekend co-anchor/reporter at KOKH-TV, Oklahoma City from anchor/reporter at KTXS, Abilene, Texas.

GINA MARAVILLA becomes a freelance anchor at KGTV in San Diego. She was most recently the AM anchor at KPHO in Phoenix before going on maternity leave.

ERIN LOGAN joins WNDU-TV, South Bend, IN as M-F 5:30p anchor from reporter at WOFL-TV in Orlando.

JIMMY HALL is joining Discovery Channel as host of “Feeding Time” for the networks #1 SHARK WEEK series. Jimmy is a world-renowned shark expert. He’s appeared on NBC’s Today, Inside Edition, CNN, National Geographic, and more after swimming with and videotaping the only documented great white shark in the Hawaiian Islands.

LAURA (MONSERRATE) DIAZ jumps 116 markets from primary anchor at KTVE, Monroe, LA to reporter/fill-in anchor at WKMG in Orlando. This is a return home for Laura who is originally from Orlando and interned at WKMG.

EMMY Award winning reporter SCOTT McGEE re-signs at KTVK. Scott is also a regular fill-in anchor.

CHARISSE YU jumps almost 100 markets from KIMA, Yakima, WA to reporter/fill-in anchor at KGTV in San Diego.

BRAD PERRY signs a new long-term agreement with Belo’s KTVK, Phoenix as weather anchor on Good Morning Arizona.

GINA MARAVILLA moves to KPHO-TV, Phoenix as M-F AM/Noon anchor from weekend anchor at Bay News 9, Tampa.

CHRISTY CALVIN joins Altitude Sports & Entertainment network as a sideline reporter for the NBA’s Denver Nuggets.

GINA MARAVILLA joins Bay News 9 in Tampa as an anchor. She leaves Belo owned KTVK-TVs in Phoenix after 10 years as an anchor/reporter.

DR. BILL LLOYD is moving across the street in San Antonio from KSAT to Clear Channel’s KMOL-TV (NBC) and WOAI NewsRadio as Senior Medical Correspondent. Dr. Lloyd is a board certified surgeon and pathologist. He graduated from West Point and became a distinguished military surgeon. He is also a Clinical Professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. In addition, Dr. Lloyd is a regular contributor to WebMD.
